As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Kollective Talent is dedicated to helping create a world where children can envision their future with confidence and purpose. We provide opportunities for young people to explore their creativity, develop a passion for the arts, and turn their dreams into reality.
Our mission extends beyond artistic expression. We are committed to preparing, empowering, and motivating youth by equipping them with valuable life skills that will serve them throughout their lives. Through mentorship, education, and positive experiences, we help build strong foundations for future success.
Kollective Talent is more than a foundation—it is a powerful youth movement. For over 22 years, we have made a lasting impact on the lives of young people throughout our community. Since 2002, we have proudly mentored more than 1,000 students through dance, drama, runway fashion, social etiquette training, and life-skills development programs.
Our participants have also accumulated more than 1,000 performances throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and surrounding areas, showcasing their talents while building confidence, discipline, leadership, and character. At Kollective Talent, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to shine, succeed, and make a positive difference in the world.

Our children are inspired by the challenges and excitement of dance classes, where they will be introduced to many genres of music and dance from some of the hottest dance instructors. All participants are supported in a positive environment while being encouraged to reach their highest potential. Our focus is on confidence-building, teamwork, techniques, and becoming the best dancers and citizens that they can be. KT his a high-energy youth program that uses the latest sounds in a variety of music and dance genres together with movements influenced by some of today’s hottest entertainers and video choreographers.
Youth Dance & Mentoring Program
Junior Dance Class
Age 5 Years thru 13 Years
This exciting class teaches young children to work together as a team. Together, they will experience the world of music, and dance using props. This is a wonderful class for 5-7 year old children.
Together, they will experience the world of music and the art of dance using props, creative movements, and simple choreography.
Senior Dance Class
Age 8 Years thru 13 Years
This exciting class teaches youth to work together as a team. Together, they will experience the world of music, and dance learning skits, and using props. This is a intense class for 8-13 year old children.
Together, they will experience the world of music and the art of dance using props, creative movements, and more complicated choreography. Seniors participates in various stage performances and community activities. the class focuses on building confidence, teamwork, techniques, and becoming the best dancers and citizens that we can be.
Young Adult Dance Class
Age 14 Years thru 18 Years
